We offer space for members within our combined 100,000 square foot facilities. Whether you’re looking for a small co-working space for your next project or an office for a larger team, we have a variety of options.
Lab Space
Our laboratories occupy about 25,000 sq. ft., and include test & measurement, biomedical optics instrumentation, mechanical prototyping, electronics, and wet labs.
Kitchen & Break Areas
Our facilities have kitchens with coffee and other amenities that provide a great opportunity to connect with others in the community.
Conference Rooms
Conference rooms are available through a convenient online reservation system and provide a professional space for meeting clients or hosting team meetings.
Community
You will also have access to our vibrant ecosystem of collaborators from academic to other entrepreneurs to venture capital. In addition to hosting regular events onsite, we can also highlight your company and latest news on this website.
Fitness Area
Our Newark facility has a gym available to get some exercise and connect with others.
